01. Acceptance of Terms

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

707pub operates under PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance framework. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any time thereafter — we may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a clear copy of your government-issued ID, a selfie with your ID, and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your GCash or Maya wallet showing your registered name). Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

03. Account Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 707pub account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your login details with any third party. 707pub will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any chat channel.

Any and all activities conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — are your sole responsibility. 04. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the 707pub Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Currency conversion charges, where applicable, are borne by the player.

4.2 Deposits

707pub accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited instantly; however, bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours, subject to successful KYC verification. 707pub reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations under Republic Act No. 9160, as amended. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your 707pub account.

4.4 Minimum Balance & Fees

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the withdrawal section of the Platform and may change without prior notice. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

05. Bonuses & Promotions

707pub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements detailed in the individual promotion pages. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (rollover) before withdrawal is permitted.
• Only one active bonus may apply to an account at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail for matters specific to that game.

707pub uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games and licensed live dealer streams from PAGCOR-approved gaming providers to ensure fairness, randomness, and integrity of game outcomes. Results are final as displayed at the end of each game round; however, in the case of a manifest system error, 707pub reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.

Malfunctions, disconnections, or technical errors during gameplay void all pays and plays. 707pub shall not be held liable for any losses attributable to the player's own internet connection, device failure, or power interruption.

07. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 707pub Platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with games or the Platform.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or assisting money laundering or any activity in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games.
• Registering more than one account per person, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without immediately reporting them to 707pub support.
• Accessing the Platform if you are a self-excluded player, a minor, or a person legally prohibited from gambling.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the 707pub Platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward other players or 707pub staff.

08. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 707pub, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its games.

707pub's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; in such cases, the limitations above apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 707pub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate device security and internet connectivity.

11. Amendments to Terms

707pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters arising out of or related to your use of the 707pub Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by PAGCOR, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate PAGCOR dispute resolution channels or the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
